Zzz Workshop. As in, ZZZZZZZzzzzzzz. Hopefully, you might sleep through this workshop, and it won’t be due to boredom. We’ll talk about healthy sleeping patterns and habits, strategies for better sleep, and hopefully get to practice a little.
